At age 15 years 9 months you can apply online via the DVLA. You’ll need proof of identity and a £34 fee.

2. Prepare & Take the Theory Test

Includes multiple-choice questions and hazard perception. Pass certificate is valid for 2 years.

3. Take Driving Lessons & Practical Test

Lessons with a DVSA-approved instructor; book the practical test once confident with maneuvers and road rules.
